The Lunchbox Lady was founded in 2008 by Connie Henninger Neiman. When Neiman started her Box Lunch business, she also opened a small cafe in downtown Arbutus. After seeing a large boost in corporate catering sales, she took a leap of faith, left the cafe operation, and moved her box lunch business to a larger facility. The Francis Avenue facility in Halethorpe features a 3000 square foot kitchen and box packaging area where the team prepares, packages, and delivers an average of 1000 box lunches per week.
